Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Nij Enterprises Ltd has applied to Bromley London Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Domino's Pizza, 3 Cranley Parade, Mottingham, London, SE9 4DZ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises by way of delivery only Monday to Sunday 1200 to 2300; opening hours Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300. Note: there will be no sale of alcohol for consumption in the store nor can alcohol be sold to anyone to purchase and carry it away with them from the store, alcohol will only be sold for delivery. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to

licensing@bromley.gov.uk

or by post to LicensingTeam, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre , Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR I 3UH no later than 5th July 2021 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bromley London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
