NOTICE OF PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL
Gwnaethpwyd cais i Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam gan Rebecca Coupe o 7 H Merest, Llannerch Banna, Wrecsam, LL13 ONL i gofrestru tir yn Hillcrest yn Llannerch Banna (fel y disgrifir yn fwy llawn yn yr Atodlen isod) fel maes y dref a'r pentref yn rhinwedd y defnydd o'r tir gan drigolion yr ardal ar gyfer cynnal chwaraeon a difyrrweh cyfreithlon ac am gyfnod o 20 mlynedd o leiaf cyn 19 Rhagfyr 2019.
Ar 16 Hydref 2020 rhoddodd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam hysbysiad o'r cais a gwahoddwyd unrhyw un fyddai'n dymuno gwrthwynebu cofrestru'r tir fel maes y dref a'r pentref i anfon datganiad o'r ffeithiau y dygir y gwrthwynebiad arnynt i'r Cyngor ar neu cyn 18 Rhagfyr 2020.
Mae'r Ymgeisydd bellach wedi rhoi hysbysiad ei bod yn ceisio tynnu'r cais yn 61. Bydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam fel yr Awdurdod Cofrestru Tiroedd Comin yn ystyried yn briodol a ddylid caniatiu i'r cais gael ei dynnu'n 81.
0 dan yr amgylchiadau:
1. Dylai unrhyw un sy'n dymuno cyflwyno sylwadau ynghylch a ddylai Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam ganiatiu tynnu'r Cais yn 61 ai peidio a / neu unrhyw un sy'n dymuno hyrwyddo'r cais yn lle'r Ymgeisydd anfon datganiad o'u safle at Awdurdod Cofrestru Tiroedd Comin, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam LL111AY ar neu cyn 18 Rhagfyr 2020 (Cais VG13A). Ni ellir ymdrin ag unrhyw ddatganiadau y mae'r Awdurdod yn eu hystyried i ddod i benderfyniad ar dynnu'r cais yn 61 yn gyfrinachol a gellir eu datgelu i unrhyw bart'ibn eraill sydd S diddordeb.

2. Mae'r amser i unrhyw un sy'n dymuno gwneud gwrthwynebiad i gofrestriad y tir fel maes y dref neu'r pentref gyflwyno gwrthwynebiad o'r fath yn cael ei estyn i 31 Mawrth 2021 neu'n gynt hyd nes yr ystyrir a ddylid caniatdu tynnu'r cais yn 61 ai peidio.

Gellir gweld y cais, sydd yn cynnwys cynllun o'r tir arfaethedig ar gyfer cofrestriad, yn y swyddfa ganlynol yn Neuadd Y Dref, Wrecsam, LL11 1AY ar ddydd Llun a dydd Mawrth 10.00am - 3.00pm drwy apwyntiad yn unig. I wneud apwyntiad, cysylltwch i'r Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol drwy e-bost

An application was made to Wrexham County Borough Council by Rebecca Coupe of 7 Hillcrest, Penley, Wrexham, LL13 ONL to register land at Hillcrest in Penley (as more fully described in the Schedule below) as a town and village green by virtue of the use of the land as of right by inhabitants of the locality for the pursuance of lawful sports and pastimes and for a period of at least 20 years prior to the 19th December 2019.
On 16th October 2020 Wrexham County Borough Council gave notice of the application and invited any person wishing to object to the registration of the land as a town or village green to send a statement of the facts on which the objection is brought to the Council on or before 18th December 2020.
The Applicant has now provided notice that she seeks to withdraw the application and Wrexham County Borough Council as the Commons Registration Authority will duly consider whether the application should be permitted to be withdrawn.
In the circumstances:
1. Any person wishing to make representations as to whether or not withdrawal of the Application should be permitted by Wrexham County Borough Council and/or any person wishing to promote the application in place of the Applicant should send a statement of their position to Commons Registration Authority, Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham LL11 1AY on or before 18th December 2020 (Application VG13A). Any statements that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on withdrawal of the application cannot be treated as confidential and may be disclosed to other interested parties.

2. The time for any person wishing to make an objection to the registration of the land as a town or village green to lodge such an objection is extended to on or before 31st March 2021 pending consideration of whether or not the application should be permitted to be withdrawn.
