NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Adjacent to Conservation Area

Woodelm Court. 123 Devonshire Road SE23 Construction of two additional storeys above the existing block to provide 6 flats with parking, internal refurbishment works to the fabric of the building and the provision of a new lift (DC/20/118644)
