PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LAYHAMS ROAD KESTON
NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to carry out essential telecoms maintenance repairs THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Layhams Road Keston will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Friday 15th November 2019 between the hours of 22.00 on Friday 15th November 2019 and 05.00 on Saturday 16th November 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Sheepbarn Lane and Nash Lane..
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Addington Road A2022
Croydon Road A232
Westerham Road A233
Leaves Green Road A233
Main Road A233
Salt Box Hill
Jewels Hill
Sheepbarn Lane

2. THE Order will come into effect on Friday 15th November 2019 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to one night on Friday 15th November 2019 between the hours of 22.00 on Friday 15th November 2019 and 05.00 on Saturday 16th November 2019 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE OF INTENTION

The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Southern Gas Networks (SGN) to install a new gas service to a property THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-Rodway Road Bromley will be closed to through traffic for up to two consecutive weekends from Saturday 16th November 2019. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Plaistow Lane.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Plaistow Lane Widmore Road Kentish Way Sherman Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 16th November 2019 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

Page Heath Villas Bickley will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Wednesday 20th November 2019 between the hours of 22.00 on Wednesday 20th November 2019 and 06.00 on Thursday 21st November 2019. The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge in between the junctions of Ellen Close and Beaconsfield Road.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Page Heath Lane Bickley Park Road A222 Southborough Lane Southborough Grove The Avenue

2. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 20th November 2019 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to enable the holding of Crystal Palace Fire Works on Saturday 2nd November between the hours of 15.00 and 23.00 THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions:

The following roads will be closed to through traffic at the times the signs are displayed between 15.00 hours and 23.00 hours on Saturday 2nd November 2019.
Anerley Hill - between its junctions with Crystal Palace Park Parade (A212) and Thicket Road
Old Cope Lane from its junctions with Crystal Palace Parade (A212)

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect at 15.00 hours on Saturday 2nd November 2019 and will end at 23.00 hours.

4. NOTHING in this Order shall prevent pedestrian access at any time to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the Order relates, or to any other premises which are accessible from such a road.

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Emergency access and egress will be maintained at all times.
