Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

Proposed development at Land at no.9 Herringham Road, no.40-45 Hemngham Road, no.55 Lydenberg Street and units no.1-32 on the New Lydenburg Commercial Estate, Charlton, SE7 8NW.

I give notice that London Homebuilding Partnership LLP is applying to the Royal Borough of Greenwich for hybrid planning permission for:

"Part 1: Detailed planning application with works to include: The proposed demolition of existing buildings and structures, the erection of buildings between 4-10 storeys in height, comprising: 762 residential units (Class C3), 3,592 Sq. m (GEA) of flexible employment (Use Classes B1), retail (Use Classes A1-A4); community and leisure (Use Classes D1and D2) floorspace, and associated infrastructure, new streets, open spaces, landscaping and public realm, car, motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces and servicing; the construction of new flood defence wall and delivery of ecological habitat adjacent to the River Thames, and other works incidental to the proposed development.

Part 2: Outline planning application (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved) for the balance of die she for the proposed demolition of buildings and structures, the erection of buildings between 4-10 storeys in height, comprising residential units (Class C3), flexible employment (Use Classes B1), retail (Use Classes A1-A4), community and leisure (Use Classes D1 and D2) floorspace; and associated infrastructure; new streets, open spaces, landscaping and public realm; car, motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces and servicing and other works incidental to the proposed development This will compromise up to 530 residential units and up to 3,559 Sq. m (GEA) of flexible employment (Use Classes B1), retail floorspace (Use Classes A1-A4); community and leisure (Classes D1 andD2) floorspace".

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the

Council at The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, Woolwich, SE16 6HQ by 16th October 2019.

* 'Owner1 means a person having a freehold Interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less

than seven years, or, In the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled

to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).

** Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
