PATRICIA ANN OSBORNE The Funeral service has taken place for the late "Patricia Ann Osborne" who passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on Wednesday 18th July 2018 aged 81 years. Loving Wife to Derek. Together for 61yrs and forever in each other's heart Mum to Keith, Colin, Vicky & Barry. Sister to Jackie and Glenys. Much loved Mother-in-law to Tracey. Nan to 21 Grandchildren and Great Nan to 3 Great Grandchildren. The service took place at St Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port, followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium. The family wish to thank everyone who attended and for the kind expressions of sympathy received during their bereavement. A special thank you to all friends & neighbours of "Hurford Avenue". A total of has been raised for the British Heart Foundation. We will forever hold you in our hearts and soul until, once again, we hold you lovingly in our arms . You left us precious memories, your love is still our guide...We all miss you so much and though we can not see you, you are always at our side.
