FRANCIS EDWARD KNEALE 'Frank' Peacefully passed away on 15th March 2021 aged 85 years. Loving Husband to Heather, Dad to Charles, Father-in-law to Dawn. Frank will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. A private funeral service will take place at Chester Crematorium (Blacon). Family flowers only please, however a donation in lieu for the Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with arrangements.
