HIGGINS VALERIE nee Jones Sadly passed away peacefully on Thursday 18th June after a long illness. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. Beloved wife of Dave (deceased), loving mother of Mark and Paul, Mother in Law of Dawn, Grandma to Sam, Ben, Olly and Gwen. Funeral service will be Thursday 02nd July at 15:20 at Blacon crematorium. Due to Covid the service will be for immediate family only. Family flowers only, donations should be made to the local hospice. Funeral Director George Pettit, Chester 323970.
