THOMAS EDWARD PORTER 'Tam' 6th September 2019 Passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital aged 73 years. A much loved husband to Jennie and loving father to Iain and Kim. Tam will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Funeral service at Chester Crematorium on Friday 27th September at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
