PATRICIA SEFTON (Pat) Peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 8th August 2019, aged 84 years. Dearly loved Mum to Elaine, Stan, Graham, Alan and David. Mother-in-law to Sharon. Nan to Matthew, Richard, Andrew, Jonathan, Jordan, Louis, Michael and Chloe. Patricia will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Thursday 22nd August at Chester Crematorium at 11:20 a.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of the Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully received.
