KATHLEEN THOMAS 'Kath' Peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 2nd August 2019, aged 97 years. Reunited with her late husband Harry. Dearly loved Mum to Brian. Mother-in-law to Yolanda. Nanny to Matthew, Gareth, Craig and Luke. Great Nanny to Summer, Paige and Maisie. Kath will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service on Friday 23rd August 2019 at Chester Crematorium at 11:20 a.m., Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of the Alzheimer's society would be gratefully received.
