PETER REGINALD LOWE 10th July 2019 At the Countess of Chester Hospital aged 69 years. Much loved husband of Pam, loving dad of Mandy & Gary, devoted grandad to his six grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service at Chester Crematorium on Friday 26th July 2019 at 12.00 noon.
