CHARLES EBBRELL "Charlie" Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on 3rd July 2019, aged 83 years. Dearly loved Husband of Margaret. A wonderful Dad to Jane, Fiona and Gareth. Much loved brother, father-in-law, Grandad, Great Grandad, Uncle & Friend. Charlie will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 17th July 2019, 12.40pm at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however donations in memory of Charlie would be gratefully received for Claire House Children's Hospice. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements.
