EVANS PHILLIP DAVID 3rd January 2019 Aged 62 years Much loved Dad to Tom and Bob and daughter-in-law Sophie. Dearly loved Pop, Pop to Scarlett. Brother to Chris and sister-in-law Jane. Fondly loved friend to many. Funeral service to take place at St John The Baptist Church, Guilden Sutton on Friday 25th January at 10.45am, followed by cremation at Chester Crematorium.
