VERNON PHILLIPS 5th December 2018 Peacefully, after a short illness. Beloved and devoted husband to Hazel. Amazing dad to Nikki and Ian. A wonderful grandad. Funeral service at Chester Crematorium on Friday 21st December at 1.20 pm. Family flowers only, donations in Vernon's memory to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis and Clare House Hospice.
