EILEEN FERRIS-BELL Passed away peacefully on 16th November 2018 at the Countess of Chester aged 78 years. The loving Mother and sister. Funeral service will take place on Friday 30th November at Chester Crematorium at 9.20am. Family flowers only, all friends are welcome.
