MURIEL SWAN 9th November 2018 Aged 81 years Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Chester hospital with her family around her. Much loved wife to the late Joe. Loving mum to Tim and the late Jon. Dearly loved Mother-in-law to Paula and Sue. Treasured Nan to Jake, Becca, Josie and Jenny. Deeply missed by her loving family. Funeral Service and Cremation to be held at Chester Crematorium on 3rd December 2018 at 10.40am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation. C/O W.
