Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after reportedly leading police on a 130mph pursuit across the Cheshire border into North Wales.
Earlier on Wednesday, the boys, aged 16 and 17, were arrested by Merseyside police officers.
The arrests came after a cross border pursuit involving Cheshire police alongside offers from the Merseyside Response and West Targeted Team.
The pair have been detained in North Wales after reportedly driving at speeds in excess of 130mph in a stolen Mercedes CLA.
The car, which has been reported stolen on April 17, was recovered at the scene.
