FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an evening incident in Ellesmere Port.
One fire crew attended the scene at about 8.30pm yesterday (Monday, April 8) in Whitby Road.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said; "A hose reel was used to extinguish a fire involving a commercial bin in the open."
Earlier on the same evening a fire crew also dealt with a smouldering industrial bin in York Road at about 7.25pm.
Firefighters used a hose reel to damp it down.
