POSTCODE Lottery players in Chester are celebrating this morning (Wednesday, November 15) after a specific area was drawn among 20 daily jackpot winners.
The area, CH3 5TN, which is located on Westward Road, Boughton was one of the winning postcodes with each player in the the area securing a £1000 prize from the Postcode Society Trust.
The People's Postcode Lottery manages draws for 20 postcode trusts, giving players the chance to win every day of the month.
Player pay £12 a month, which entitles them to be entered into all draws, with prizes ranging from £1000 to £1m. A third of their monthly ticket price is then given to good causes and charities across the country.
To date, the Postcode Lottery has raised more than £1bn for charitable causes.
