POLICE are appealing for help to trace a 26-year-old man after he failed to turn up at court in connection with a public order offence in Ellesmere Port.
Thomas Sferrazza, also known as Joshua Gooding, of Woodfield Road North in the town, is known to visit the Ellesmere Port and Macclesfield areas.
