Delays on A51 at Tarvin.
POLICE are warning motorists to expect delays after a van broke down on the A51.
Chester Police tweeted just before 10am that they were working to move the vehicle from the carriageway on Tarvin Road, Chester.
The warned motorists that delays were expected and to avoid the area if possible.
