Two brothers have been pleaded guilty to affray today following an incident last Friday in Chester when people in a taxi were attacked.
Charles Truman, aged 25, of Woodfields, in Christleton, has admitted affray and possession of a knife. Matthew Truman, aged 22, also of Woodfields, admitted affray and criminal damage.
Both men pleaded guilty when they appeared before magistrates on Monday.
The charges relate to an incident at 8.15pm on Friday, August 17 on St Martins Way where occupants of a taxi were attacked.
They will both be sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday, September 18.
A separate 24-year-old man from Chester was arrested on suspicion of affray and criminal damage and has been released under investigation.
