A STREET brawl sparked an emergency response in Chester yesterday afternoon.
Police officers were sent to Christleton Road in Boughton at around 2.35pm on Wednesday, August 15.
One eye-witness told The Standard she had seen around five police cars at the scene.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police confirmed a man aged 35 and a woman aged 29 had been assaulted during an “altercation in the street”.
A 20-year-old man from Birkenhead has been arrested in suspicion of assault and a 16-year-old boy from Liverpool was arrested on suspicion of public order offences.
