Maggie’s, the charity which provides free practical and emotional support for people living with cancer, is set to take on the streets of Liverpool with their annual Liverpool Culture Crawl.

In just seven weeks time hundreds of walkers will take on a 10k sponsored walk across Liverpool City Centre. They will Visit some the cities most iconic venues and hidden gems, xperiencing exclusive evening access along with enjoying food, drink and entertainment from local performers.

This years Culture Crawl, which regular attracts participants from Cheshire, North Wales and Wirral, will take place on Friday, September 28, at 6pm.

Maggie’s is hoping many more supporters will join them on the evening to experience this unique event and to also raise vital funds for people living with cancer.

Built in the grounds of Clatterbridge Hospital Maggie’s Merseyside is a warm and welcoming place, with qualified professionals on hand to offer an evidence-based core programme of support that has been shown to improve physical and emotional wellbeing.

Culture Crawl is one of the biggest events in their calendar and this year is set top previous years. There are some fantastic venues opening their doors including Liverpool Cathedral, the Town Hall, Victoria Art Gallery & Museum and many more surprises along the way. Each venue and entertainment act will bring a different theme and there really is something for everyone. The walk will conclude at the Museum of Liverpool, where walkers will be greeted with a medal and join in the party atmosphere with music from local band ‘The Rockin 60s.’
