FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a fire in an alleyway in Ellesmere Port.
One fire engine from the town's station went to the alleyway off Alnwick Drive at 6.15am this morning (Tuesday, July 17).
The fire involved a quantity of rubbish near a former pub.
The crew used a hose reel jet to put the fire out and were at the scene for about 15 minutes.
