IT WAS party time at the Chester Bluecoat last Friday (July 13).
Staff and volunteers of the tenants at Chester Bluecoat, along with the residents of the Almshouses, attended the event, held between 2-4pm just off Northgate Street.
Also in attendance to celebrate the annual occasion were the Lord Mayor Cllr Alex Black and his wife Janet, City of Chester MP Chris Matheson and other guests from the local community.
On hand to entertain guests was the choir from Chester Bluecoat CE Primary School.
