MOTORISTS are facing long delays following a collision between two cars and a tractor near Holmes Chapel.
One of the vehicles is said to have collided with a single-storey outbuilding at a farm on Marsh Lane at around 8.20am today (Friday, July 6).
One person was trapped but has now been freed by firefighters and handed to paramedics.
A further casualty has been taken to hospital via ambulance
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews have closed the A54 road while they work at the scene and a cordon has been set up. Paramedics and Air Ambulance are also in attendance.”
