FOOTBALL fans can watch England's crunch World Cup game against Colombia in the company of former England international Mark Wright next Tuesday.

Opera Grill on Pepper Street is offering the chance for diners to hear from the former England captain, who played a crucial role in the side's run to the World Cup semi-finals in 1990 by netting the vital winner against Egypt in the group stages.

Wright, who also managed Chester City three times, will be sharing his career highlights with diners before enjoying the England V Columbia game.

The evening will see a thorough analysis of England's performance, both at half and full time, providing guests with the opportunity to pitch questions and talk with the football star.

A private bar and special World Cup menu including crispy duck pancakes, tempura king prawns and chicken tikka skewers, will be served for guests at Opera Grill's terrace.

The main a-la-carte menu is also available throughout the evening.

Spaces for the exclusive evening, which kicks off at 6.30pm are limited.
