MOTORISTS in a Chester suburb have been warned they risk fines if they continue to park across pavements.
Officers in Upton posted several photographs today (Wednesday, June 13) of vehicles parked irresponsibly on Glastonbury Avenue.
It came after one resident posted a photo of his son who could not get past a car in his wheelchair.
Upton police tweeted: "Advisory Notices issued to a number of vehicles on Glastonbury Avenue Upton for blocking the pavement.
"Fixed Penalty Notices will be issued if this continues. Think before you park, can a wheelchair or pushchair get past?"
