An investigation has been launched after a charity shop fire in Ellesmere Port.
A fire was reported at Age UK on Chester Road, Little Sutton at around 7.30pm on Tuesday, January 3.
Fire engines attended from Ellesmere Port, Chester and Runcorn plus Chester’s Hydraulic Platform attended the scene.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: “When they arrived crews found that there was a fire involving the ground floor of an Age UK shop. The road was closed during the incident.”
An investigation will now be launched to find the cause of the blaze.
