A 40-year-old man has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and dangerous driving after an incident in Frodsham.
Bradley Mark Higham, of no fixed abode, is due to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court today (Thursday, January 11) after the incident on January 9.
Higham is also charged with driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
