Chester Civic Trust's winter lecture series at the Grosvenor Museum resumes on Wednesday, January 17, at 7.30pm when the speaker will be Dr Elain Harwood from Historic England who will give a presentation on the history of the New Town movement in Britain between 1940 and 1970. Admission is £4 for non-members and free for members of Chester Civic Trust.
