A MAN had to be rescued after his car became trapped in flood waters near Chester.
Firefighters from Chester, Ellesmere Port and Mollington were called to reports of flooding in Guilden Sutton Lane just before 9am this morning.
They found a car had become stuck and used safety equipment to wade through the water to push it to safety.
A man was then released from the car.
