Chamberlain. - Joe Gladys and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received at this sad time. Thanking also Reverend Gordon for his beautiful service and ministrations and to all who attended the funeral service and for all donations received. Thanks also to the Royal British Legion and Normandy Veterans. Thanks to the Countess of Chester and Whetstone Hey Residential Home for their care and kindness shown to Joe. Many thanks to the Co-op Funeral Directors for making a difficult time easier for us. Thanks also to Simply The Best florists for a lovely family floral arrangement and to Whitby Club for superb refreshments. God Bless You All.
