JOHN TREVOR PROFFIT 7th September 2018 Aged 81 years Unfortunately, the Proffit family have to announce the passing of John. Such a special man, and amazing husband to Margaret, the most loving Dad to Michael and Christine, and the most caring grandparent and great grandparent. No words can express the loss we feel, other than the fact that we were blessed with someone truly remarkable. John's funeral will be held on Monday 24th September at 10.00am at Chester Crematorium, and afterwards at the Whitby Sports and Social Club. We request, if people feel comfortable, to wear an item of red clothing. Family flowers only, but donations to R.N.L.I. and the Macmillan Nurses.
