PATRICIA JONES Pat passed away peacefully at the Aaron Court Care Home on the 30th August 2018, aged 86 years. Much loved mum of Lawrence, Christine, Marie and Ann. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 27th September 2018 at Saint Saviour's Church at 10.00 am followed by a committal at Blacon Crematorium at 11.20 am.
