JACQUELINE PATRICIA CHURCHILL Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 8th March 2018, aged 76 years. Beloved Wife to John, loving Mother to Tony and Debbie. Grandma to Anthony and Alexandra also Great Grandma to Maxi and Lexie. Service to take place at Blacon Crematorium on Thursday 5th April 2018 at 2pm.
